Is hypnosis dangerous?

Hypnosis is totally safe, drug free, and has been accepted by the British Medical Association since 1958. Not only is it good to practise deep relaxation, you might even feel refreshed after the sessions.

Do you do out calls?

Yes, in certain cases where it is not possible or inconvenient for you to come to the centres, I could come to your home. Ask for details of this service.

What is your privacy policy?

I value privacy and confidentiality highly, plus bound by professional ethics. Therefore, for your security, I am signed up with the official Data Protection Agency. My number is Z1871206. Should you have any questions about this, please let me know.

What do I have to do between sessions?

You may be asked to keep a journal of your thoughts and experiences, or listen to material or to notice aspects of your behaviour between sessions. Yes, it's a bit like homework. Like most learning, it takes practice and effort to make it fully effective.

Where do I go for sessions?

I work from two separate locations. The Moving Arts Base, nearest Tube: Angel, and The Feelgood Centre, nearest Tube: Barbican. See the addresses on the home page or ask for more directions.

What are your Terms and Conditions?

These are based on mutual respect between client and practitioner. Please pay me directly either before or after the session by cash or by cheque. Unfortunately, there is currently no facility to take payment by debit or credit cards. Bank transfers are possible given enough forewarning, and for regular clients. Ask for details on how to make bank transfers.

How much do sessions cost?

Single 'one-off' sessions are £65 (normally £70) but, if issues are persistent and need careful work, a series of four sessions is offered at the rate of £240 for 4 (£60 each). This is payable in advance at the first session so bookings can be confirmed ahead of time.

Flexible payment options and discounts are available – so do please just ask to discuss your needs. Bear in mind, that if you recommend anyone who books a session, I can offer you one free session for yourself⁽¹⁾.

How long does a session last?

Each session lasts 60 minutes, unless a 90-minute session is requested e.g. for Past Life Regression.

What if I need to cancel?

For Hypnosis and EFT sessions please phone or email at least 24 hours. With rooms booked by the hour, a time allowance is needed for any cancellation. Otherwise, 50% of the session fee would be charged.

Do you run Creative Writing Courses?

Yes, but these are still being developed along with a book about Writing and Healing. More news on this will be posted on the site under the heading Proteus Project. Check for articles and information.

Do you have Continuing Professional Development?

Yes, I stay up to date with all the latest developments in Hypnosis, NLP, Coaching and Creative Visualisation. I also have valid experience and training in Lucid Dreaming, Meditation, and Creative Writing techniques.

Do you teach EFT or Lucid Dreaming?

No, but these could both be a possibility for the future as people have already shown a lot of interest in combining these two skills. Again, keep watching the site for news of any upcoming events.
